Simulator time is capped at two hours per day per member so the bay stays available. Round-the-clock access is what we're aiming for, and will depend on the final building. If that changes, you'll know before you ever pay a dollar.

Not yet. We're evaluating space in the Littleton and Centennial area and want to know real demand before signing a lease. If enough people say yes, it gets built. If not, you'll get an email saying so and that'll be the end of it.

Because it's one bay. A daily cap plus a capped membership count is what makes it consistently available. Unlimited access sounds better but does not work well in reality.
Members can book additional time when the bay is open. Tell us in the form if you'd use it — if enough people would, we'll price it in from the start.
Really. Plenty of good places in Denver to have a beer and hit a driver. This isn't one of them, and that's why we are building it.
Full Access and Suite members can bring a guest during their booked time. We'll keep it simple and see how it goes.
